This is the first of my crochet projects that actually turned into a fully functional finished piece.
It's a clutch bag I made for my prom this year. It's small enough to hold in your hand, but big enough to fit an iPod, cellphone, digital camera, makeup, etc. It has a black inside liner to keep things from poking out of the holes, and a sturdy zipper to hold it shut nicely.

I'd love to make some of these to sell, so if you are interested please leave me a comment or a private message. This one is in teal but I can make them in different colors as well! (except black, I don't like working with black yarn)

I think it's adorable! You did awesome. :) I'll ask some people if they'd have a use for that sort of thing.

That is so awesome! As a crocheter, I'd say good job knowing how much patience you have to have, especially if you're a beginner. As a fashion freak, I WANT IT! I'm def. gonna have to make me one of these. :D

Cool! I'm glad you like it :) I can send you the pattern if you'd like, but it's probaby pretty easy to figure out just from looking at it :lol:

that is super hot! you should make a fanny pack!!! :O ohhh mannnn! haha you inspire me all the time. now i feel like knitting and crocheting! though i need to buy the goods and learn! haha but anywhoo! great job! it looks fantastic! :D

That's really cool. I love crocheted (spelling?) things, although I'll probably never be able to do it myself.

!!And you have an iPod. I have no idea if you'd want one or not, but I make nice fabric cases for $5 each. I posted (at least) one so far, so if you're interested, e-mail me =D
